World class music comes to Workington with Urban Classical – a new two day festival in September. This celebratory weekend is organised by The Rotary Club of Workington, Allerdale Borough Council and the Rosehill, Whitehaven.

SIMON BOLIVAR STRING QUARTET
A rare opportunity to see this young, dynamic quartet formed of principal players from the Simon Bolivar Youth Orchestra, part of the illustrious El Sistema project in Venezuela, on tour in the Uk for the first time.
